Our Story

Founded by Hiroki Fukuyama—a former Sony professional and global backpacker who has traveled to over 50 countries—Fika Co., Ltd. began in Japan with a mission to redefine hospitality.

Driven by the Swedish philosophy of "FIKA" (human connection over coffee and snacks), we expanded to Nepal in 2025 to create gathering places that blend Japanese hospitality with Nepal's vibrant culture.
